Balance & Bliss
Over the course of 4 weeks you'll receive four 90-minute sessions that will consist of 30 minutes of goal-oriented coaching and 60 minutes alternating between therapeutic massage and personalized yoga. These yoga sessions will encompass calming breathwork, meditation techniques, and enhancing body strength and mobility. After each session you'll receive customized homework assignments to integrate your newfound wellness practices into your daily life at home or in the workplace.
